A little kitten’s eyes will remain closed until they’re about 1 week old. Even though their eyes will open they still can’t see right away. It can take up to 3 weeks for kittens to see clearly.

Okay so this might not be a secret as cats pretty much sleep all day. This doesn’t change just because they’re kittens. Kittens can sleep around 18 hours a day which is what gives them all that built up energy.

You should clean their litter box daily when they’re kittens. If they’re not using the litter box you should try a different kitty litter. If you notice your kitten eating the litter switch to an edible litter and begin to train them to not eat the litter as best you can.
